Hafsa Bashir
As Principal and Lead Broker at HIFA Insurance, Hafsa offers her clients 27 years of expertise from working in the business and financial industries, with 17 of those years handling insurance with leading insurance companies and brokerages.
She has been running her own brokerage since 2013, working closely with her brilliant team of associates to manage personal, commercial, and business insurance for clients she treats as family.
Outside of HIFA, Hafsa loves to read fiction & history, cooking for family & friends and travel.
It’s her ability to connect with people and understand their unique needs that sets her apart and leaves each client feeling at home.
Irfan Usman
Bringing a wealth of skill and experience to client services management, Irfan Usman wears many hats at HIFA. As a licensed insurance broker, Irfan knows the ins and outs of the industry.
With his degree in engineering and computer science – and 33 years working in IT, manufacturing, banking, accounting, and business consulting – Irfan shares invaluable insight with HIFA clients into the insurance needs of small to medium sized businesses.
When he’s not checking in on business owners, Irfan is actively giving back to the community through various not-for-profit organizations and charities.
It’s his big heart and vast experience that makes such a difference for business owners who want to feel confident that their insurance needs are covered.
